Precision Elite Head Coach
Will Sage is 26 years old and is currently a full-time Coach/Trainer out of San Diego working with both men and women for prep and lifestyle coaching as well as strength training. Will found his passion for fitness and the gym at the age of 15 and has been a student of fitness related ideologies and biomechanics ever since.
Will Sage is an IFBB Mens Physique Pro and USMC veteran who spent some time in his service assisting and coaching other marines in the gym as well as making sure many marines were able to make weight through tailored plans. Because of his experience with tight-knit schedules, Will is able to help clients of all walks of life reach their goals no matter their circumstances.
Will is an active competitor and athlete and understands the dedication and hard work it takes to help his clients reach their goals. Subsequently, Will believes in a scientific and evidence-based approach to programming as well as strict attention to detail.
Precision Elite Coach
Teaghan Avrett is a full-time coach that focuses on building muscular physiques and positive mindsets by optimizing lifestyle habits for men and women. He believes that consistent communication and closely listening to each client's needs are the top priorities for a successful fitness journey.
Teaghan grew up playing all sports but primarily focused on Tennis, where he traveled around Texas to compete at the highest ATP Tournaments level.
During his time at Texas A&M University, Teaghan transitioned his focus to weightlifting in the gym. After several years of building his physique, he started competing in bodybuilding shows to understand the lifestyle and discipline required to complete a successful bodybuilding prep.
Teaghan is now a competitive Men's Physique Competitor who is actively pursuing becoming an IFBB Pro. He believes it is not about the title of becoming a professional athlete but who people become in the process of overcoming temptations, silencing self-doubt, and applying relentless discipline when nobody is watching.
Teaghan truly understands many working adults' pain-points. After a decade of learning from multiple high-level coaches, implementing all training styles and diets, he knows how to get his clients to their end-goal without sacrificing all the foods and lifestyle they love.
